Cabinet Frame Squaring & Foundation Shimming
We square the hardwood cabinet frame using cross-diagonal measurements and adjust base shims. We use composite shims that resist compression and moisture over time.
Slate Alignment & Beeswax Seam Welding
The three matched slate slabs are bolted to the frame. Joints are filled and melted with pure natural beeswax and resin, creating a glass-smooth seam that flexes with temperature changes rather than chipping.
Uniform Cloth Tensioning
Cloth is indexed and stretched bidirectionally across bed and rails to manufacturer tension, ensuring zero rippling, sagging, or premature wear around pocket openings.
4-Axis Starrett Machinist Calibration
