On-Site Disassembly & Staging (Same Property)
Ideal for flooring remodels. Our technicians systematically disassemble the table, bag and label all bolts, shims, and brackets, blanket-wrap the slates, and hand-carry all components into an adjacent garage, covered patio, or unaffected room away from drywall dust.
Move into Off-Site Storage Facility
For estate liquidations or whole-home renovations. We disassemble, blanket-pad all components, load them into our specialized vehicle, transport to your local self-storage facility (e.g. Public Storage, Extra Space), and neatly stack slates vertically on dunnage wood.
Synchronized 2-Phase Flooring Remodel Package
Full turnkey remodeling coordination. Phase 1: On-time teardown and safe garage staging to keep your flooring contractor on schedule. Phase 2: Return trip after your new floor cures to hand-carry components back (zero wheels on fresh finishes), re-seal slate seams with melted beeswax, and re-level with Starrett levels. Includes our 12-Month Leveling Warranty.
Contractor-Ready Punctuality & Hardware Custody
Remodeling schedules operate on strict timelines. If billiard movers are late, your hardwood sanders or carpet installers are blocked, creating costly reschedule penalties. We coordinate directly with your GC or flooring team to guarantee prompt Phase 1 teardown and timely Phase 2 re-entry.
